Dogo Yakitori Hajime
Enjoy Authentic Charcoal-Grilled Yakitori at Dogo Onsen
Approximately 3 minutes walk from Dogo Onsen Station on the Iyo Railway. The restaurant, which opened in April 2023, is located on the first floor of Hotel Shinonotei in the center of the hot spring town, and serves authentic charcoal - grilled yakitori. Using fresh chicken from Ehime Prefecture, the sauce is the owner's original blend of sweetness and spiciness. We are particular about the way they are grilled, so you can enjoy a crispy outside, soft inside, and a juicy flavor packed with flavor. You can order as little as 1 piece of yakitori, and you can even have a drink by yourself. In addition to the tabletop menu, there is also a blackboard menu with special items available for a limited time and in limited quantities. There are also private rooms available, which can be used for a variety of occasions, including dates.
