Minamichita Town in Aichi is known for its rich whitebait fishing grounds, and this shop is directly managed by Marui Shoten, which specializes in processed seafood products. Recommended dishes include the popular "Nama Shirasu Don (raw whitebait bowl)" and "Namataki Shirasu Hitsumabushi (raw whitebait simmered in a special sauce with rice)", featuring "Namataki Shirasu Tsukudani (raw whitebait simmered in a special sauce)", which won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.
