Hebikubo Shrine
A shrine that enshrines the "White Snake" in Tokyo and makes wishes come true.
"Hebikubo Shrine", located in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, is said to have been saved from disaster in 1322, when the area was hit by a major drought, when people prayed for rain at "Ryu Shrine" on the banks of an old pond, and heavy rain fell and the disaster was avoided. It is said that the origin of this ceremony is to pray for a shrine in gratitude. The deities enshrined are Amaterasu Omikami, Amenokoyane, and Emperor Ojin, and in the shrine precincts, Shiroja Omikami and Hebikubo Ryujin are enshrined, so the snake is a dragon (to stand up) = a blessing in life. It is said that there is. Snake Day, the festival day of the White Snake, which has been familiar to people since ancient times and is said to be a divine messenger, is considered an auspicious day and is crowded with many worshipers.
