From 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., enjoy the chef's special course dishes and sake, and from around 8:30 P.M. until closing, savor standard menu items, small plates, and snacks for a casual drink, finishing with rice dishes or desserts. The horseshoe-shaped counter, surrounding the open kitchen, has only eight seats, so it is recommended to reserve in advance.
