"Masuyone" handles over 200 tons of crabs a year, and during the season when Echizen crabs and Echizen Seiko crabs are landed, they purchase them directly at auctions and serve them freshly boiled. They also partner with a Canadian factory to ensure a stable supply of high - quality crabs throughout the year. In addition to crabs, they also sell seafood at the facility.
