Sueyama Shrine
A shrine known as the "God of Ceramics"
Sueyama Shrine overlooks Arita Town, the birthplace of Japanese porcelain. The main deity enshrined is "Shinaya Wake no Mikoto", who is loved by the locals as the "god of pottery" for the prosperity of Arita ware. The grounds have a beautiful porcelain torii gate with arabesque patterns, guardian dogs, large water bottles, and tamagaki, all of which are unique to a pottery town. You can enjoy the beautiful colors of each season: cherry blossoms and azaleas in spring, roses of Sharon in summer, and colored leaves in autumn.

Environmental Art Forest
Beautiful nature and healing space created by approximately 10,000 maple trees
A "forest space" was created by taking advantage of the private forest that stretches out on the slopes of Mt. Sakurei in Saga Prefecture, and cutting down on man-made objects to the utmost. There are short and long walks, perfect for forest bathing. It is also one of the prefecture's most famous spots for autumn leaves, and the contrast between the approximately 10,000 maple trees and the sky is breathtakingly beautiful. We also sell take-out coffee and other items.
