We purchase delicious oysters in season from various production areas in Hokkaido, such as Akkeshi Town, Shinai Town, Kushiro Town Senpoji, and Lake Saroma. In addition to "Kakiya TKG," which uses oyster soy sauce, we offer many creative dishes made with fresh oysters, such as "Hokkaido Oyster and Chive Spring Rolls" and "Oyster Kimchi". The menu created by the owner, who is from Taiwan, includes dishes with a Taiwanese twist, including "Taiwanese-style fried oysters." Along with pairing with sake and wine, this is a restaurant that you can enjoy no matter how many times you visit.
