After the sauna, open-air cooling is available against a backdrop of sweeping scenery. The cold plunge uses spring water and remains around 12°C to 15°C (53.6°F to 59.0°F) even in summer, while winter temperatures sometimes fall to 9°C (48.2°F), entering the single-digit range known among seasoned sauna enthusiasts as "gurushin."
