Each dish is handmade with care, featuring the bounty of the Echizen Coast, local specialties, vegetables sourced from partner farms, and high-quality Fukui rice. The sashimi platters, including beautifully presented funamori, are especially praised for their freshness. In winter, the celebrated Echizen crab—king of the Echizen Sea—draws guests from across Japan. A stay here offers a chance to savor the essence of Fukui with both the eyes and palate.

A Japanese inn located on the shore of Wakasa Town, Fukui , near the Mikata Five Lakes. This inn takes pride in the fact that you can enjoy the lake view from your guest room, open-air bath, and indoor bath with a panoramic view. Nearby is the dynamic driving course "Rainbow Line" where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Mikata Five Lakes, and the inn also rents out EV rental cars. We have set the prices more reasonable than usual because we want people visiting on public institutions to be able to make memories with family, friends, and loved ones.
