Dining is served buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes prepared using ingredients from Ehime. In the Japanese garden, "Sangen Chaya" offers kaiseki cuisine featuring seafood from the Seto Inland Sea and Ehime’s branded meat, "Iyo Beef." The surrounding grounds bloom with seasonal flowers throughout the year, creating a setting suited to strolling in a yukata while taking in the hot spring atmosphere.
