Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel
Rebranded and reopened in July 2021 on a hilltop in Shodoshima overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, this resort hotel embraces the theme "Green Harmony – Connecting Nature and People." Its expansive grounds feature an English garden, a lawn plaza, a treehouse, and the Yuhigaoka strawberry and mandarin orange farms, creating a setting where nature and people come together. Sunsets selected among the "Top 100 Sunsets in Japan" can be viewed from various points within the property, and the hotel was ranked third nationwide in a newspaper-sponsored feature on accommodations with beautiful sunsets. Cuisine prepared with ingredients from the island is another highlight, and the hotel accommodates a range of needs, including babies and pets.
When traveling as a family with a wide range of age groups, we pay close attention to what we eat. Adults and children eat different foods, and young people and older people have different tastes. Recently, many inns are focusing on buffet meals, and in addition to a variety of menus that will please both adults and children, some also offer deluxe menus made with luxurious ingredients and local dishes. We also recommend ordering a children's menu, such as ``Children's Kaiseki,'' or adding your favorite dishes as a special order.

夕凪の湯 HOTEL 花樹海
Surrounded by seasonal flowers, "Yunagi no Yu Hotel Kajukai" is known as a "flower retreat, "offering sweeping views of the Seto Inland Sea and Takamatsu City from its approximately 200-degree panoramic bath, "Kajukai Onsen." The sodium hydrogen carbonate spring—celebrated as a 'Bihada-no-Yu' for its gentle, skin-enhancing qualities—flows at an impressive rate of around 200 litres per minute, with natural hot water supplied to all guest rooms as well as the rooftop panoramic bath. In April 2023, the new "Premium Suite with a private open-air hot spring bath" debuted. The surrounding area is dotted with notable attractions, including the strolling garden Ritsurin Garden, the historic battlefield of Yashima, and Kotohira Shrine, affectionately known as "Konpira-san".
