A Restaurant Unique to Kitano
Housed within the historic "former Graciani Residence," a landmark that has been cherished in Kobe’s Kitano district for more than a century, "la Maison de GRACIANI KOBE KITANO" offers French dining in an elegant setting rich with the character of a traditional ijinkan residence. Believed to have been built by a French merchant involved in international trade, the building is protected as a designated traditional structure by Kobe City. The cuisine balances respect for classical French culinary traditions with a creative approach to contemporary flavors, drawing out the inherent qualities of carefully selected ingredients. Pairings with a rotating selection of approximately ten wines available by the glass further enhance the dining experience.
A Sophisticated Space and First-class Hospitality
The restaurant boasts a unique design that allows you to choose according to the occasion or mood of the day, and has five spaces in total: the main dining room, salons A to C, and the reception. Although the luxurious exterior gives the impression that it is intimidating, the friendly staff make it feel at home.
High-Class French Cuisine With an Emphasis on Locally Produced Ingredients
The chef's original French cuisine uses fresh ingredients from various parts of Hyogo Prefecture, such as Tamba and Awaji. The dishes, created based on innovation, tradition, and impression, are also visually appealing, and the dishes are innovatively and elegantly presented, making them a feast for the eyes. We recommend the course menu for both lunch and dinner.
