Dining Space Blending Regional Produce with a Historic Interior
This fully reservation-based course restaurant centers on locally grown vegetables from Odawara. Set within a renovated traditional house, the nostalgic space "Cuore Ricco," meaning "a rich heart" in Italian, reflects the owner’s intention to create a place where a sense of personal richness can be rediscovered through food and setting. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and time unfolds in a relaxed, home-like atmosphere while overlooking the garden greenery. The cuisine features carefully prepared course meals that highlight the seasonal ingredients of Odawara, offering a quiet setting where both flavor and the changing seasons can be appreciated.
Course Menu Highlighting Seasonal Vegetables from Odawara
A strong emphasis is placed on fresh vegetables sourced from local farmers, with each course featuring 30 to 50 varieties. Meat selections focus on locally raised pork from within the prefecture, while fish is carefully chosen from the daily catch at Odawara Port. Centered on the region’s natural bounty, each dish is thoughtfully prepared to reflect the colors and character of the seasons.
Drink Pairings Including Natural Wines and More
A diverse drink selection complements the cuisine, centered on natural wines, alongside a well-developed range of non-alcoholic options. House-made beverages featuring seasonal fruits, as well as ginger ale and sangria, are also available, offering thoughtfully prepared choices to suit a variety of preferences.
