A Japanese restaurant located on the second floor of "Kansui Terrace," a dining complex showcasing the flavors of Toyama, approximately a 15-minute walk from JR Toyama Station. The menu centers on Japanese cuisine while incorporating elements from various culinary genres, resulting in creative dishes. The interior features a counter made with copper from Takaoka City, Toyama, along with deep blue walls that blend with the night sky and round lights inspired by water droplets, expressing the concept of "fire and water" in a refined setting. The calm, hideaway-like atmosphere suits a range of occasions, including anniversaries and gatherings, while views of the waterfront at Fugan Canal Kansui Park complement the experience crafted by the head chef.
Using Only Locally-Sourced Ingredients from Toyama
Carefully selected ingredients such as seafood from Toyama Bay and beef raised at Ikeda Farm in Toyama City are used, along with brewing water sourced daily from Fumikiku Brewery and incorporated into the cooking, reflecting a strong commitment to local production for local consumption. Cooking methods are designed to bring out the qualities of each ingredient, with dishes tailored to individual preferences.

Table seating is complemented by beautifully deep blue interior walls that blend with the night sky, evoking the image of water. The counter seating features red walls inspired by the warmth of fire, creating a refined, adult-oriented atmosphere. Copper from Takaoka City in Toyama is used across the counter wall, as well as in tableware and placemats.
