This renowned restaurant received a "Michelin Plate in the Michelin Guide Hokuriku 2021 Special Edition", and serves creative Japanese cuisine that incorporates elements of various genres based on Japanese cuisine. The counter is made entirely of copper from Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, and the blue interior walls blend with the night sky, and the round lights resemble water droplets, creating a beautiful space that expresses the restaurant's concept of "fire and water." Using Only Locally-Sourced Ingredients from Toyama Prefecture
The restaurant uses carefully selected seafood caught in Toyama Bay and beef raised at Ikeda Farm in Toyama City, and procures water used in sake brewing from the local Fumigiku Sake Brewery every day to be used in the dishes, making it a restaurant that practices local production and consumption. Using cooking methods that make the most of the ingredients, the restaurant serves dishes that cater to the individual needs of each customer.

The beautiful blue interior walls of the table seating, designed to evoke the image of water, blend seamlessly with the night sky. The counter seating features red walls with a warm fire motif, creating a sophisticated, high-end atmosphere. The entire counter wall, along with the tableware and placemats, is crafted from copper sourced from Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture.
