The course menu "Otsumami to Nigiri no Omakase (Appetizers and Nigiri Omakase" requires a reservation. They will assess the season and the condition of the fish and suggest the most delicious way to eat them that day. The course includes around eight types of appetizers and around ten pieces of nigiri, allowing you to spend two to three hours in luxury.
