Our Specialty "Nabeyaki Ramen" Served Hot
At Taniguchi Shokudo, you can enjoy "Nabeyaki Ramen," a specialty of Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, in the center of Kochi City. The soup is made by slowly simmering chicken bones, pig's feet, Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, and several kinds of vegetables, and adding soy sauce, resulting in a rich yet light flavor. The chewy thin noodles are topped with chicken meat, eggs, chikuwa fish paste, and spring onions, and served in a piping hot clay pot. We also recommend sprinkling the curry powder provided on the table to enjoy a change in flavor. In addition to the basic "Nabeyaki Ramen," there are a total of seven types, including "Burnt Garlic" and "Super Spicy," so choose the flavor you like.

Recreating the Iconic Tastes Loved by Locals
The inspiration for "Nabeyaki Ramen" comes from the original and famous shop "Taniguchi Shokudo." With the help of loyal customers, they have recreated this delicious "Nabeyaki Ramen," with a simple yet unforgettable taste. The rich broth is made by simmering mother chicken bones, making it a dish that will turn you into a regular after just one taste.

A Perfect Snack Menu for the Finale of the Day
Since it is open until late at night except on Sundays, many people drop by when they want to eat a little more after a drinking party, or as a way to finish off a night out. In addition to ramen, there are also snacks such as fried chicken and stewed beef tendons, so even those who want to eat their fill will be satisfied. It's perfect to enjoy with a bottle of beer.
