Reviving the Flavors of a Classic Italian Restaurant with 50 Years of History
In 2021, the beloved Italian restaurant "Corsica", which had long been cherished by locals, closed its doors—only to be revived under the name "Corsica 1970". The new chapter is led by a chef-owner who spent over a decade working at the original "Corsica". Dishes such as the nostalgic "Corsica-Style Rice Gratin" faithfully recreate the flavors of the past, while new creations add a fresh twist to the legacy. The restaurant features both counter seats and semi-private booths, making it a great spot for everything from girls’ nights out and romantic dates to relaxed family gatherings. Set in a calm and timeless space, guests can savor well-loved dishes and drinks that carry over 50 years of history and warmth.

Savor the New Attractions Along with Timeless Flavors
The current owner, who studied wine extensively before reopening the store, has expanded the selection of wines, adding a new attraction to the establishment. With the desire to "experience wines from around the world as if traveling the globe," a wide range of wines is available, from casual choices to those perfect for special occasions.

A Modern Interior Filled With Attention to Detail
The interior, designed by a friend of the chef who is a designer, features tiles imported from Italy, giving it a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere. Enjoy nostalgic flavors and new charms in a calm, cozy space with an open kitchen, where you can also enjoy conversations with the chef.
