The owner-chef is a former chef who won a silver award at "Maille Professional Cooking Contest" and a special award at "California Raisin Bakery New Product Development Contest". The employees also train hard every day to deliver good food to visitors, including placing in the top three in "Crown Melon Cream Bread Contest".

Manufacturing Method to Recreate Authentic French Bread
The manufacturing method is carefully selected to faithfully reproduce traditional French bread. The store's signature baguettes are made using the "Respectus Panis" method, which is attracting attention as a method that maximizes the flavor of wheat with a small amount of yeast and salt, and a long fermentation time, allowing you to enjoy the local flavor.

The popular bread is based on traditional French fougasse and incorporates Japanese buckwheat flour.
