There are three types of "Kaedama" (favourite noodles): "Shio Kaedama," "Soy Sauce Kaedama," and "Tosa Vinegar Kaedama." They can be eaten as is, added to soup to change the flavour, or enjoyed as tsukemen. The noodles, which boast a perfect blend of aroma and flavour, are made using domestically produced wheat and whole wheat flour.
