A Japanese Restaurant Where You Can Enjoy "Charm, Flavor, and Beauty"
A Japanese restaurant located near Suizenji Park. The owner, who has been a chef for over 35 years, is a veteran who trained at various famous restaurants and hotels, including those overseas. Their signature dish, horse sashimi, is apparently only sold at one other restaurant, and it is exceptionally fresh and delicious. The various dishes are carefully prepared one by one using ingredients and seasonings from Kumamoto and Kyushu, and are not only delicious but also beautiful to look at. As for alcohol, he recommends Kumamoto rice shochu for visitors from outside the prefecture, and sake from outside the prefecture for locals. Why not enjoy the "elegance" of Japanese cuisine in the restaurant's calm atmosphere.
Casual Counter Seating for Solo Diners
The wooden counter seats offer a tranquil space to enjoy both food and sake while chatting with the chef. Guests meeting friends can move to a private room or table seating after their companions arrive, ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone.
• Start the Year Deliciously with Fresh Osechi Reservations
Reservations have opened once again for the restaurant’s highly praised annual osechi selection. The two-tier osechi (for 2–3 guests) is available for reservation by phone until December 25. Popular takeaway items such as Anago Bozushi (conger-eel pressed sushi) and Saba no Matsumae Bozushi (mackerel pressed sushi) can also be ordered together. Reservations will close once the planned quantity has been reached.
