A Hot Pot Master Pursuing a Broth Free of Impurities
This restaurant specializes in nabe cuisine and boasts a unique and eye-catching name. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by "Nabenoshin", a master of nabe cuisine and renowned for his expertise in creating pure, lye-free broths. The menu features seven standard nabe dishes, including salt chanko, mizutaki, and pork shabu-shabu, along with three seasonal specials. Additionally, a variety of nabe dishes can be ordered at any time. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on carefully selected ingredients, broths, and sauces, as well as on the proper cooking technique and dining experience. Each table is equipped with a book that provides instructions on "nabe-do" (how to make nabe). The atmosphere is lively, filled with nabe enthusiasts who are in charge of the banquet, just like "Nabenoshin."

A Space Inspired by the Daikan Yashiki (Traditional Residence of a Government Official)
