Set amid the quiet natural surroundings of Kurumayama Kogen in Nagano, the pension "GreenGrass Yuna" serves cuisine made with house-made fermented seasonings such as miso and shio koji, apple yeast carefully cultivated from Nagano-grown apples, seasonal vegetables sourced directly from farmers, and mushrooms and herbs gathered from the garden.
