Meals are served buffet-style with a variety of menus made with ingredients from Ehime Prefecture. In addition, at Sangenjaya, located in a Japanese garden, you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine made with luxurious ingredients such as seafood from the Seto Inland Sea and Ehime Prefecture's branded meat, Iyo Beef.
