For more than 500 years, "Sadoya" has remained a familiar presence in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Premium marbled Japanese black wagyu is carefully aged in-house to bring out the fullest depth of flavor before serving. One recommended option is comparing four different cuts across five yakiniku courses.
