An observation deck that offers spectacular views of Lake Toya, also known as an unfrozen lake, as well as famous spots such as Nakajima, Mt. Usu, and Mt. Showa-Shinzan. As one of the most popular photo spots in Hokkaido, many tourists visit regardless of the season. The first floor of the facility has a souvenir corner stocked with local and Hokkaido famous sweets, a restaurant on the second floor, and a take-out café called "Balher" in the courtyard. There is also a helipad on the premises, and from the end of April to the end of October you can enjoy sky cruising by helicopter (from 3 minutes). Enjoy the gentle yet powerful nature of Hokkaido.
