Ten seasonal kushiage (deep-fried skewers) are served fresh from the fryer, one at a time, building anticipation for what comes next. Beautiful presentation is another highlight, with each ingredient's natural shape and color preserved, as seen in the whole spear of deep-fried green asparagus. The skewers are fried in rice bran oil for a light finish. We reopened the restaurant to mark its 26th anniversary, carrying forward the flavors and atmosphere that have been cherished for years. While preserving the familiar tastes and welcoming setting, we continue to serve kushiage (deep-fried skewers), frying each skewer with care. Our goal is to make even first-time visitors feel that they'd love to come back, and we'll continue to offer the same flavors and warm hospitality that have long defined the restaurant.
