The main dish is roast pork flavored with house-grown Japanese black tea, accompanied by three side dishes including seasonal vegetables in nanbanzuke marinade, rice topped with house-made tea furikake, and a hearty miso soup with seasonal vegetables and soybeans. Before and after the meal, Imayoshi Seicha's original tea blends "Dawn" and "Dusk" reflect the changing hours of the day. Popular pairings
"Matcha Carbonara"
"Matcha Carbonara" is one of the most popular light meals. Pork seasoned with shio koji and soy milk forms a savory sauce, layered with the richness of cheese and the gentle bitterness of matcha for a creamy yet light finish. The mellow sauce carries the aroma of matcha, creating a deep, balanced flavor in every bite. Served with salad and chilled tea, it works well for lunch or a light meal. The vivid green matcha sauce also makes for a striking presentation. This inventive dish highlights a different side of matcha unique to the café.
