This early American cafe is approximately a 10-minute walk from Nakakaruizawa Station on the Shinano Railway. In the spring, when Juneberry blossoms bloom, or in the fall, when sugar maples change color, you can enjoy a pleasant breeze on the terrace seats, or in the cold winter, you can warm yourself by the fireplace and spend time with your dog inside the stylish Shaker-style interior. The cafe menu is sure to satisfy the hunger of even the most tired outdoor enthusiasts, with photogenic seven-layered pancakes and hamburgers made with local ingredients. Sweets displayed in the display case on the counter are also available for takeout.

Their popular hamburgers feature a lean meat patty sandwiched between buns and locally grown vegetables from Karuizawa, and are topped with an original sauce made with Shinshu miso. The healthy and gluten-free "Double Lettuce Burger" uses lettuce instead of buns, making it perfect for those on a diet without feeling guilty.
