Savor Authentic Sushi in a Refined Hideaway
Located in a quiet residential area approximately a 10-minute walk from JR Omiya Station, "Sushitei Hiro" is an intimate sushi restaurant housed in a renovated private residence with only six counter seats. The owner, originally from Yamada Town in Iwate Prefecture’s Shimohei District, opened the restaurant in the Tokyo metropolitan area to share the appeal of his hometown. Sushi is served in an omakase course style, featuring bluefin tuna from Toyosu Market and seasonal seafood delivered directly from Sanriku. The drink selection includes local sake from Iwate such as "AKABU" and whiskeys from Saitama, each thoughtfully chosen to complement the dishes. With its warm, attentive hospitality and serene atmosphere, it is an ideal setting for celebrating special occasions.
