Bread Baked Multiple Times a Day Using Solar Power
This locally-based bakery opened in April 2022 and serves freshly baked bread multiple times a day. Lava stones from Sakurajima, Kagoshima Prefecture, are laid on the bottom of the oven, allowing the bread to be baked quickly to a soft and moist finish. Ingredients are carefully selected, including homemade curry and custard, along with more than 10 types of flour. At any given time, over 120 to 140 varieties of bread are available. Complementing the breads are popular drinks such as world-renowned, high-quality coffee.

The shop's attention to detail, such as adding butter to the custard, is evident. Each bread is handmade by artisan bakers, using over 10 carefully selected varieties of flour. Natural yeast creates a richly flavoured dough, while classic breads such as homemade curry bread and cream buns remain especially popular.
A Rich Lineup of 120 to 140 Varieties
A wide variety of sandwiches is available, with popular choices including the "Mackerel Sandwich" and the "Chicken Tempura Sandwich with Plenty of Tartar Sauce." Breads suitable for guests with allergies to milk or eggs are also offered. In addition, product development is focused on creating breads designed with everyday convenience in mind, adding thoughtful touches to daily life.
