The signature dish, "Common Special Gyoza," is a popular item served with three kinds of dipping sauces. In addition, the chef has created seven types of inventive gyoza that blend elements of Chinese and Italian cuisine, offering a distinctive flavour different from the boiled gyoza commonly enjoyed in China, the birthplace of the dish.
