The shop's signature dish, "Common Special Gyoza," is a popular menu item that can be enjoyed with three different sauces. The chef has also created seven other original gyoza dishes, which incorporate the essence of Chinese and Italian cuisine and are popular for their slightly different taste from the boiled gyoza that is popular in China, the birthplace of gyoza.
