Freshly Made Tofu Made from Hokkaido Soybeans
This shop is just a 6-minute drive from JR Eniwa Station and is operated by Yamaguchi Foods, which was established in 1951 with the motto: "We want to bring smiles to the world through tofu." They offer a variety of products, including tofu made from Hokkaido soybeans, fried foods, natto, freshly fried side dishes, and sweets made with soy milk.

The Famous Tofu Category: "Tsuru no Ko Yose Tofu"
"Tsuru no Ko Yose Tofu", made from large Hokkaido soybeans called "Tsuru no Ko", is the top-selling product in the tofu category. This tofu has a soft and smooth texture, delicious on its own with the natural sweetness of the beans. We suggest enjoying it as cold tofu with soy sauce and ginger.

The Exciting Factory Festival Held Every Autumn
The "Yama-chan Factory Festival", held every autumn, is a lively event that draws many locals. Food stalls feature exclusive festival-only dishes, along with limited "Fill-the-Bag Fried Delights" and special "Sachi Bukuro" (Happy bags) available for purchase. A variety of entertaining events are also on offer, including the popular "Kids’ Sports Day Fried Food Contest" and the "Super Hot Tofu Championship".
