Ramen with a Broth Made from Rare Domestic Clams
This is a clam broth ramen restaurant in the Nagarekawa area of Hiroshima Prefecture run by a chef who worked at a famous ramen restaurant in Tokyo. Their "Hamaguri Ramen" uses rare domestic clams, allowing you to fully enjoy the umami, flavor, and taste of the clams. In pursuit of deliciousness, they are particular about their ingredients, and use domestic wheat flours "Yumechikara" and "Kitahonami" for the flat noodles. The sauce is an authentic sauce that brings out the natural umami of the scallops, and comes with soy sauce and salt. They also use a homemade shellfish oil that gives off a shellfish aroma, allowing you to enjoy a light yet strong clam-flavored ramen.

A Perfect Drink to Finish off a Night of Drinking
The noodles are made from domestic wheat flour, and the soup has a nice shellfish aroma, making this ramen with a refreshing flavor perfect for finishing off a night of drinking. The classic "Hamaguri Ramen" and "Hamaguri and Kyoto Bonito Ramen" have a more Japanese flavor, with bonito stock added to the clam soup.

"Tuna Tsukudani Rice" – Twice the Flavor in One Dish
For those who feel that ramen alone is insufficient, we recommend "Tsukudani Rice with Bonito." The lightly seasoned tsukudani is topped with nori, a rare rice cracker, and wasabi to complement the ramen noodles. You can enjoy it as it is or pour the leftover ramen soup over it to make porridge, making it twice the fun.
