Enjoy Traditional Cuisine With All Your Senses and Heartfelt Hospitality
Kikuzonocho Yasohachi, located in Showa Ward, Nagoya City, serves a "Kappo cuisine omakase course" in the evening, mainly seasonal dishes cooked over charcoal. They make the most of the flavors of the seasonal ingredients they get every day, delicately bringing out the original taste of the ingredients. The centerpiece of the course is the "yakimono" (grilled dishes), where seasonal seafood is grilled over binchotan charcoal on a grill set up in front of the seats until fragrant. The sound and aroma of the fire satisfy all five senses. They value heartfelt hospitality while attending to each and every group in a private space with only counter seats, making it a great place to visit on a special day.

A Private Space With Only 8 Counter Seats
The Japanese-modern interior, dominated by white, offers a calm and private atmosphere with just eight counter seats. The spacious counter, with a depth of 80 cm, provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy your time. Savor the meal with all your senses while watching the cooking process unfold right in front of you. The space can also be rented exclusively for special occasions.

The True Flavor Felt Through Its Simplicity
The dishes, made with seasonal ingredients sourced that day, are served simply, without over-complicating the process, to highlight their freshest and most delicious state. For special occasions, the food is prepared based on the preferences of the person being treated. The selection mainly features junmai sake, but also includes a wide variety of wines, whiskeys, and other beverages that pair perfectly with the meal.
