Hidden Izakaya in Susukino for Drinks and Small Bites
A hidden izakaya tucked away in a back alley in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo. In a homey atmosphere, you can enjoy a menu that pairs well with sake, including the specialty grilled shabu-shabu, grilled fish, and yakitori. The alcohol selection mainly includes sake from Hokkaido, as well as corn shochu from the Tokachi region.

Hokkaido Seafood Grilled Over Charcoal
The grilled fish includes Atka mackerel from Rausu Town, Kinki (hannel rockfish ) from Hokkaido, and salmon belly, all grilled over charcoal to make them juicy. Wild bluefin tuna caught in Hakodate City, Hokkaido, and Oma Town, Aomori, as well as the recommended seasonal fish of the day, are available for sashimi. Reservations are given priority, so be sure to call in advance to confirm.

Taste and Compare Brand Pork in Grilled Shabu-Shabu
A popular choice is the "Ishikari Mourai Buta to Akan Buta no Yaki Shabu-Shabu Tabe Kurabe (grilled shabu-shabu comparison of Mourai and Akan pork)", featuring two Hokkaido brand pork varieties grilled over charcoal. "Mourai pork" offers sweet, clean-tasting fat, while "Akan pork" is known for its vivid red meat and tenderness. Served with dashi jelly to highlight the natural flavours of the ingredients.
