Other signature dishes include "Wagyu Aburi Niku Sushi (seared Japanese beef sushi)", available in limited quantities based on what is caught that day, and "Kuroge Wagyu Steak Pilaf (Japanese black beef steak pilaf)" served with garlic butter rice. The rice used is "Hitomebore," a variety of rice from Yufuin grown with underground water from Mt. Yufu.
