Hot Pot Featuring Premium Domestic Offal and Flavourful Soup
This Motsunabe (offal hot pot) and izakaya restaurant is conveniently located approximately a four-minute walk from JR Tottori Station. Its signature menu items include three types of motsunabe, made with carefully selected domestic offal that has a plump texture and a special soup, and "Motsunabe course" that includes five dishes and dessert is also recommended. In addition to motsunabe, there are a variety of other courses available, such as "Chiritori Motsuyaki Course", which comes with a cheese-filled risotto to finish off the meal, and a wide selection of izakaya menu items. The restaurant has counter seats, table seats, and tatami rooms, and can accommodate a total of 116 people, with 56 people on the first floor and 60 on the second floor, and can also be booked for private use by groups of 20 or more.

Three Signature Broths Bursting with Umami
Their signature dish, motsunabe, is made by simmering carefully selected domestically produced offal and vegetables such as cabbage and Chinese chives in a mild, mellow-tasting soup, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients. Enjoy the three special soups: a light salt flavor, a uniquely blended soy sauce flavor, and a rich miso flavor.

A Fruit-Filled Drink with Bright, Juicy Pieces
"Fruit Goro Goro Sour" is a popular drink among female guests, featuring whole frozen fruits such as strawberries and kiwis, making it highly photogenic. Crushing the fruits while drinking enhances the fruity flavor even more. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, "Non-Alcohol Goro Goro Sour" is also available.
