Seasonal Sweets That Capture the Spirit of the Japanese Calendar
This Western-style confectionery shop is located about two minutes by car from the Yoro IC on the Tokaido Kanjo Expressway. The store's name reflects the owner's desire to "celebrate customers' calendars." She continues to create sweets that "reflect the calendar", using seasonal ingredients throughout the year. To help revitalize the local community, the store focuses on using locally sourced ingredients and offers a wide variety of products. These include the popular "Koyomi Roll", standard and seasonal cakes, as well as "Hyotan Busse" and "Yoro Cider Pudding", which are popular as gifts and souvenirs. Made-to-order decorated cakes are also well received as unique, one-of-a-kind creations.

"Hyotan Busse" Shaped Like a Gourd
The "Hyotan Busse", developed at a workshop attended by local residents, has a cute shape based on the gourd that appears in the legends of the local town of Yoro. The busse, which is sandwiched between raisins soaked in rum and mellow butter cream, has a light sweetness and is perfect for adults.

A Collaboration with Local Specialties from Yoro Town
"Yoro Cider Pudding" was developed in collaboration with students from Gifu City Women's Junior College. It is a unique combination of refreshing jelly made with the specialty "Yoro Cider" made from the water of Kikusui Spring, a spring in the Yoro Mountains, and smooth pudding made with local ingredients, making it the perfect souvenir.
