This modern Japanese restaurant is located approximately a 4 -minute walk from Miyanosawa Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway. You can enjoy dishes mation of kelp and bonito stock and carefully selected raw koji (=Japanese fermented seasoning). The most popular dishes are made with meat and fish that have been marinated in their signature salt koji and fermented and aged to enhance their flavor, and dishes made with first-grade stock with a mellow aroma.

Handmade shio-koji (salt koji) made from fresh raw koji is used in various dishes, adding a gentle depth of flavor. Menu highlights include: "Hakko Jukusei Sāmon (fermented and aged salmon)", "Spare Ribs", "Dashi Zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken with dashi flavor)" and "Lemon Squash". Koji softens meat and other ingredients and improves intestinal function, making it a favorite of people of all ages and genders.

Various events are held irregularly inside the store, such as solo exhibitions of paintings by university students. The simply designed interior is decorated with artwork, and admission is free, which is a plus.
