A Kyushu Yakiniku Spot Featuring the Unique "Momi-Dare" Method
This Yakiniku restaurant uses the "momi-dare" style, where the meat is seasoned and marinated before being grilled. You can choose from three types of "momi-dare" (red, white, or salt sauce), and Aomori-produced garlic powder and pineapple vinegar are available on the table. The beef fillet steak, cooked rare to medium rare with still some redness, is so tender you can tear it apart with a fork. If you've never tried "Hakata Wagyu", try the "Hakata Wagyu Aburi Yukhoe (Korean style steak tartare)". The noodles used in the hiyashimen and jjigae are made with an original recipe, so be sure to give them a try and experience the difference.

A Simple, Modern Space to Enjoy Quality Grilled Meat
With its stylish and welcoming atmosphere, the restaurant is ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. Counter seating is also available, making it easy to drop in for a solo visit. There are also four tables that seat six people, and a semi-private room for six to eight people, so it can accommodate up to 40 people and can be rented out for large groups.

Premium Salted Tongue So Fresh It’s Almost Sashimi-Grade
The popular salted tongue is so fresh that it can be eaten raw. It comes with a "momi-dare" seasoning, so you can eat it as is. But you can also try different flavors by lightly searing it and then adding lemon or the pineapple vinegar provided on the table.
