The dish he chose, the “Wa (chicken hotpot course menu)", features a traditional chicken broth that has remained unchanged since the restaurant's founding. Mishima had been a regular visitor since childhood, when his grandfather first brought him here. On the eve of his death, the proprietress invited him to return again. Mishima reportedly replied, “I’ll come again—from the afterlife." The restaurant offers both table seating and private tatami rooms, making it ideal for quiet gatherings or business dinners.
