"Negima Oden Torihare" is about a 3-minute walk from JR Kotoni Station. The popular "Negima Kushi", which gives the restaurant its name, is a hearty delicacy of Hokkaido chicken thigh meat wrapped around green onions. Other recommended dishes include "Ami Abura Tori Liver Kushi", chicken liver wrapped in pork fat, and "Otoro Hormone Yaki", which uses a rare cut of pork with a charcoal-grilled aroma and homemade garlic sauce that fills your mouth. Oden is made with kelp and bonito stock, and more than 20 types of oden are available all year round, from the standard to more unusual ingredients such as seasonal ingredients and rock seaweed, making it a popular choice for dining in the cool summer air of the restaurant.

The restaurant offers around 10 varieties of sake at all times, including carefully selected regional brews from across Japan. Each sake is chosen to pair well with yakitori and oden, and many are smooth and approachable—even for beginners. In addition to sake, guests can enjoy over 60 other drink options, including craft gin, fruit liqueurs, and lemon sours made with lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture.
