Where Craftsmanship Shines—in Both Design and Cuisine
This is a reservation-only rice ball specialty shop, tucked away like a hidden gem. The exterior and interior were designed by a craftsman with a focus on air quality and natural materials, creating a calm, welcoming space where time flows gently. Here, the head chef prepares each dish with care, using thoughtfully selected ingredients.

Vibrant and Artful Japanese Cuisine
The three signature offerings—"Mangetsu (full moon)," "Shingetsu (new moon)," and "Mikadsuki (crescent moon)"—feature carefully selected ingredients that are as natural and healthy as possible, with minimal use of additives or pesticides. These colorful side dishes and beautifully crafted temari rice balls highlight the gentle, natural flavors of each ingredient. It’s a dining experience designed to delight all five senses.

Traditional Clay-Built “Okudosan” Stove for Cooking Rice
Rice is cooked in a traditional okudosan stove, handcrafted from earth using time-honored building techniques—with no tiles or cement. Since moisture levels change with the weather, the amount of firewood is adjusted daily to achieve perfect results. The rice is then shaped into omusubi (rice balls) with a wide variety of fillings, which are also available for takeout.
