Home-roasted coffee using "Yotei's Fukidashi Spring Water"
"Home Roasted Coffee Café Mocha" is located in Fukidashi Park in Kyogoku-cho, Hokkaido. You can enjoy coffee made with natural water called "Yotei Fukidashi Spring Water," which is created by the rain and snow that falls on Mt. Yotei and flows underground over several decades while enjoying the vastness of nature. You can purchase a wide variety of coffee beans and drip bags, which are also recommended as souvenirs. The coffee is roasted to bring out its sweetness and carefully brewed using flannel drip. On a sunny day, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee while looking out at Mt. Yotei, also known as "Ezo Fuji."
Coffee Beans Washed with "Yotei’s Fukidashi Spring Water"
By washing the green coffee beans and removing dirt from the surface, they are roasted to provide a clearer and more delicious cup. The water we use to wash our beans is Yotei's Fukidashi Spring Water, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters. The soft spring water is suitable not only for brewing coffee but also for cleaning green beans.

A wide variety of flavours are offered, including the most popular "WHITE CUSTARD", " COFFEE MILK", which is made with rich coffee brewed using famous spring water, and "POTATO", made in Kyogoku Town.
