"Waiku" is located in Fukuromachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima City and is famous for its oden. You can enjoy oden made with seasonal ingredients and our signature soup stock, which is a combination of bonito, kelp, chicken bones, and shiitake mushrooms, all year round. In addition to "Kaki Komachi" (reservation required) and fresh fish sashimi, which can be enjoyed even in summer, menus that use duck imported from Kyoto and conger eel from Hiroshima are also popular, and should be enjoyed with sake carefully selected by the owner, who is also a sake brewer.
