Our Philosophy Is to "Value Your Deliciousness"
A specialty ramen shop located about a 3-minute walk from JR Ōmagari Station. This restaurant won first place in the "Akita Ramen Election" in 2021 and 2022. It uses a secret tare sauce and carefully manages temperatures to bring out the rich umami of niboshi (dried sardines). Dishes like "Abura Soba" and "Ebi Abura Soba" come with complimentary rice refills.
How “Noodle Shop Nibosuke” Was Born
The inspiration for "Nibosuke Ramen" came from the owner’s encounter with dried sardine ramen in Aomori. Since then, the shop has evolved, focusing on refining the flavor of its ramen to offer a unique taste in Akita.
Winner of the TV Show “Akita Ramen Election”
It is loved by many customers and continues to perform well on the TV program "Akita Ramen General Election", which features celebrities and promotes the charm of Akita Prefecture through ramen. It took 3rd place in 2019, 2nd place in 2020, and from 2021 it won for two consecutive years, making it the top among Akita's many ramen restaurants.
