Each autumn, the restaurant owner produces natural, additive-free ham in the pristine environment of Nagano's Yatsugatake region. The ham is 40% lower in salt than usual, aged to perfection, and rich in natural umami.

We have 3 private rooms that can be used for celebrations with family and friends such as birthday parties, "Tussibee celebrations," admissions, graduations, etc., as well as business occasions such as dinners and farewell parties. Each private room can accommodate 6 to 8 people. By connecting the private rooms, you can accommodate up to 24 people seated or 40 people standing.
