We have a wide variety of local sake that goes well with oden, and we especially recommend Onnagawa, a Junmai Ginjo sake that is said to be the only one available around Kanazawa Station. This limited edition sake is a collaboration between Kobori Sake Brewery, a local Kanazawa brewery, and Omote Saketen, which has been selling alcoholic beverages in Kanazawa since the Taisho era. The slightly sweet taste is also popular with women.
