The owner, who has been involved in Japanese cuisine for nearly 20 years and served as head chef at a famous restaurant in Tokyo, opened the restaurant in his hometown because he wanted people to "easily enjoy Japanese cuisine." The restaurant is famous for its seasonal dishes that use local ingredients such as Shibata beef, edible chrysanthemums, and fresh asparagus, as well as local vegetables and seasonal fish. It was also selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in the Niigata Gastronomy Awards, and is a popular restaurant with a simple exterior and modern Japanese space that allows you to relax.
